The
act of sewing as a method of drawing, using a needle the same way I would use a pencil - I weave the line through the fabric opposed to
to just leaving a trace on the surface.
The
insects all have their own stories and character; The Cicada are
natures musicians singing us to sleep with their song through the
long summer nights. The Spiders are the bogeymen who are never far
away from our nightmares. The Butterflies are the temptress who lead
us away from our original paths with their beauty. The Moths just
like humans are drawn to the light but never realise how easy it is
to be burned.
